Job summary

Libra Analytics is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Labor & Employment Analytics practice in Los Angeles. You will analyze large datasets, build exposure models, and deliver client-ready reports and dashboards using SAS, Python, R, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to a growing portfolio across diverse industries while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or litigation support.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, R, SQL; Tableau is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills with dynamic modeling and visualization.
• Strong statistical, economic modeling, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs to design advanced analytical methods.
• Process and analyze large datasets using SAS, Python, R, or SQL.
• Develop exposure models and dashboards in Excel and Tableau.
• Ensure data completeness, reliability, and reproducibility.
• Prepare client-ready reports, exhibits, and presentations.
• Serve as a primary client contact and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate project needs and address challenges.
