Job summary

Circle the City in Phoenix seeks a Senior Data Analyst to transform clinical, financial, and operational data into actionable insights. You will manage the Enterprise Data Warehouse, build dashboards, and provide fact-based analysis from AthenaHealth and other systems to support leadership, regulatory submissions, and grant reporting.

The role emphasizes data governance, HIPAA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with healthcare analytics experience preferred.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL proficiency and Snowflake experience.
• Experience with AthenaHealth or EHR data sources and healthcare reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and document data structures in Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain T-SQL procedures and SSIS ETL workflows.
• Build dashboards and monthly KPI reports for leadership and teams.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics for audits, funders, and regulatory reports.
