Job summary

Circle the City in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform clinical, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will manage the data warehouse, build dashboards, and provide analysis from AthenaHealth and other systems to support leadership, regulatory submissions, and grant reporting.

The role requires expertise in SQL/T-SQL, Snowflake, ETL/EDI workflows, BI tools, and RPA, with a focus on data governance and security aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Finance, or related field; minimum 4 years in data analytics/BI.
• Equivalent professional experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and document data structures in Snowflake (or equivalent).
• Develop and maintain T-SQL procedures and secure EDI workflows (SSIS, HL7, SFTP).
• Build and enhance dashboards for leadership and teams.
• Produce monthly revenue and cumulative revenue analyses to support Finance month-end close.
• Generate regular patient-encounter and patient-count reports; track patient bed-days for Respite locations.
• Provide annual regulatory datasets (UDS, AHCCCS Reconciliation, audits) and quarterly grant/funder reports.
