H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Data Scientist / Analytics Lead with a gaming focus to drive real-time insights that impact game performance and player behavior. This onsite role in S. Palm Beach County requires translating data into action in a fast-moving gaming environment.

You will own KPIs, build dashboards used by design and leadership, analyze player behavior and experiments, and communicate clear, actionable stories to influence decisions across product and management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, Python or R.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement.
• Experience influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own game and business KPIs, from definition through ongoing optimization.
• Build and evolve dashboards and analytics used daily by Game Design and Leadership.
• Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing).
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities and act on them.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that drive decisions.
• Partner with Game Designers, Product, and Management in a rapid-iteration environment.

What This Role Does
