Plum Fintech in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a product squad and expand the value we deliver through data-driven decision making. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers and Marketers to develop metrics and insights using SQL and modern analytics tools.

You will design experiments, build data models in BigQuery/dbt, and mentor others. A strong background in quantitative roles and experience with Looker/Tableau is preferred, with fintech or fast-paced

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a quantitative role with strong analytical skills.
• Strong SQL skills; Python/R a plus; familiarity with dbt.

Responsabilidades

• Become domain-expert and define and execute the team roadmap.
• Develop metrics, targets and visualisations to monitor performance.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests).
• Build and maintain data models in BigQuery/dbt.
