Job summary

NetApp seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support the Global Order Fulfillment team. You will transform complex operational and financial data into actionable insights to improve execution, forecasting, and decision-making.

The role requires hands-on Excel and Power BI skills, experience in financial reporting and quarter-end forecasting, and practical AI enablement. Collaboration across Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and other functions is essential to simplify reporting and accelerate AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data analysis skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in financial reporting, quarter-end forecasting, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Ability to deliver repeatable, scalable reporting solutions and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve recurring Global Order Fulfillment reporting, KPI analysis, and performance visibility.
• Support quarterly, annual, and quarter-end revenue forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting, including variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to validate data sources and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs measuring backlog health, shipment execution, and lead times.
• Use advanced Excel and Power BI to analyze datasets and deliver decision-ready insights (DAX, model, report).
• Gather requirements, map data flows, write queries, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled analytics initiatives, including knowledge curation and prompts tooling.
• Contribute to AI/analytics projects; experience with enterprise AI platforms is a plus.
• Lead or support analytics projects with defined scope, milestones, risks, and updates.
• Analyze complex or poorly documented current-state processes.
