Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Senior Data Analysts and Product Managers to support the Defense & Security Segment in the United States. You will drive data-driven transformation, design dashboards, and lead cross-functional teams across financial management and enterprise platforms.

Require active Secret clearance, 7+ years in data analytics or product management, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, ERP systems. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SEVEN (7) or more years of experience supporting data analytics, financial management, business transformation, product management, enterprise systems, or technology modernization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data-driven transformation initiatives supporting Army Audit Readiness and financial management modernization.
• Design executive dashboards and data visualizations translating complex data into insights.
• Act as product manager for financial management and enterprise technology solutions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements and guide development across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for modernization and automation.
