Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1+ year of experience in data analytics or BI.
• SQL experience for data queries and manipulation.
• Python experience for data analysis.
• Databricks or similar cloud platform experience.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance in federal context.

Responsibilities

• Access and connect to financial data sources and pre-process data for analysis.
• Aggregate, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources; perform QA.
• Manipulate large financial datasets using SQL and Python to derive insights.
• Design data models and perform exploratory analysis to support decisions.
• Ensure data governance and data quality across reporting environments.
• Define data quality metrics for data ingested into Databricks.
• Organize client meetings, document agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
