Misfits Market seeks a Senior Data Analyst, Experimentation to drive experimental design and causal inference while supporting stakeholder dashboards. You will design and analyze experiments, mentor analysts, and contribute to dashboard development. This fully remote role offers stock options and a strong data culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Expert-level SQL skills and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of experiment design, causal inference, and statistical testing
• Experience with dbt and data modeling best practices
• Proficiency with Python or R for statistical analysis
• Experience with visualization tools such as Mode, Tableau, PowerBI
• Experience with data pipelines and communicating ETL needs to engineering
• Strong communication skills across varying levels of technical knowledge
• Experience working in a cross-functional data team

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation analytics and monitor A/B and multivariate tests
• Partner with Product and Marketing to prioritize experiments
• Translate experiment results into business recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering on event tracking and instrumentation
• Develop internal experimentation frameworks and dashboards
• Mentor analysts on causal inference and metric interpretation
• Maintain and improve dbt models and data definitions
• Develop descriptive dashboards across teams
• Dive into complex SQL and problem breakdowns
• Move towards predictive analytics and self-serve reporting
• Maintain analytics roadmap and timelines
