Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a senior Data Analyst IV to serve as a primary analytics resource for Holdings-level functions, including finance, HR, payroll, and IT. You’ll translate business needs into data solutions, engage executives, and advance the organization’s AI-assisted and real-time dashboard strategy.

The role blends data engineering, modeling, and analytics delivery, with a strong emphasis on data governance, confidentiality, and executive-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and complex joins.
• Demonstrated experience in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and relational architecture.
• Proven ability to work directly with executive or senior leadership stakeholders — translating ambiguous business needs into structured data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate data needs into analytics solutions.
• Serve as a trusted data advisor to Holdings leadership.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Design and build enterprise data models for scalable reporting across Holdings.
