ChristianaCare is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support Medical Group Operations, focusing on Epic Analytics with Radar and Power BI. The role involves developing insights from complex data to guide ambulatory operations, clinical performance, and strategic decisions.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and work across Medical Group Analytics, ambulatory practices, and physician enterprise functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 3 years' experience and/or certifications in related tools/healthcare.
• Mining and manipulation of data from enterprise warehouse systems and large data sets.
• ETL data integration process
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate skills in SQL and data visualization applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and visualizations using Radar and Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements and analytic solutions.
• Interpret results and communicate findings to operational, clinical, and executive leaders.
• Mentor and support junior analyst members of the team.
