The role involves data governance, extensive stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior staff within Medical Group Analytics and ambulatory operations.

The candidate will leverage the CDW, Snowflake, and governed datasets, with foundational Snowflake credentials and Epic Cogito certification expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience extracting and transforming data from large enterprise data warehouses.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and Excel for operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards using Radar and Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and support the Analytics team.
• Communicate findings to clinical and executive leaders to drive decisions.
