Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Enterprise Analytics team. You will turn data into insights that guide profitability, performance, and customer service, collaborating with gaming operations and senior leaders.

You’ll use SQL, Tableau, Python, R and Google BigQuery to build analyses and reporting; you’ll present findings clearly to executives, and help train junior analysts in technical skills and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• 2+ years of professional work (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance.
• Advanced skills in querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets. Proficiency in SQL and ideally one or more of the following programming languages: R, VBA, SAS, Python, and experience in working with Google BigQuery. Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Interact with Senior leaders to develop and refine requests for analyses and pursue opportunities through analytics.
• Conduct objective analytics to improve profitability, processes, and customer service with minimal guidance.
• Distill datasets into actionable insights and present to senior management in clear formats.
• Lead junior analysts and support cross-analytics projects.
