Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Analytics Director to lead the Strategic Analytics function across Gaming, Marketing, VIP, and Hospitality. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, guide data-driven decisions, and drive measurable profit improvements.

The role requires advanced SQL skills with experience in R, Python, Tableau, and BigQuery. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to inspire teams and deliver world-class analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated casino/entertainment industry acumen.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced SQL and knowledge of at least one of R, VBA, SAS or Python with data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and allocate resources.
• Lead analyses to drive profitability, efficiency, and customer service improvements.
• Develop strategies with business partners and oversee implementation and evaluation.
• Design and deliver reporting for departments to show trends and drivers.
• Leverage SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, and Python to build analytics and tools.
• Drive automation and cross-team project delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts and nurture analytic capabilities.
• Champion integrity and collaborative decision-making within the analytics function.
