Job summary

Realtor.com in Austin is seeking a senior analytics professional to own the measurement framework for a live product line, including KPIs, dashboards, and instrumentation. You will partner with product, marketing, and sales to shape commercial decisions and deliver measurable product impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, strong SQL, and advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Shiny, Streamlit). Experience with AWS/Snowflake and experimentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, math, economics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience using data to analyze product feature performance is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL.
• Experience with data exploration and visualization tools such as Tableau, Shiny, Streamlit.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and data analytics.
• Understanding of statistics concepts and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance reporting, visualization and analysis for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using advanced techniques and ML to understand product performance.
• Forecast and size opportunities; set goals and evaluate enrichment opportunities.
• Partner with Product and other data teams to improve data architecture, visualization and testing platforms.
• Build trust and advocate for adoption of analytics across teams.
• Analyze Net Promoter Score drivers and identify actionable paths for improvement.
• Collaborate with other analytics teams to share best practices.
