Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to lead scalable data model design using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. You will work with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and influence backlog prioritisation, delivering measurable business value.

You will also develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models for self-service reporting, while contributing to the evolution of the cloud analytics

Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in data analytics/engineering in modern enterprise data environments.
Hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
Experience building scalable analytical solutions and semantic models.
Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders and translate challenges into scalable data solutions.
Enjoy mentoring colleagues and driving analytics best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of scalable data models using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive backlog prioritisation.
Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models for self-service reporting.
Contribute to cloud analytics platform evolution, modernise data products, and improve scalability.
Champion analytics best practices and mentor analysts.
