Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar data-driven role.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, R).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Translate business needs into data requirements, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, forecasting, and data modeling.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations for business growth.
• Optimize data workflows and ensure high-quality, reliable data pipelines.
• Apply SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and automation of reporting processes.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in analytical methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to enhance data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
