Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• MBA or related degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Analyst roles; 2 years in senior technical role.
• Experience eliciting requirements and documenting data lineage.
• Strong analytical, data governance, and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit data requirements and assess analytics needs.
• Obtain private data sources to support insights.
• Translate data into the data warehouse with transformation rules.
• Maintain the Logical Data Dictionary and data lineage information.
• Validate dashboards and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities to automate data delivery and improve scalability.
• Define KPIs and monitor data warehouse performance.
