Guild Mortgage Company seeks a data-driven Community Lending Program Analyst to support nationwide outreach programs. You will analyze event performance, manage CRM data, and coordinate partnerships with nonprofits and HUD-approved agencies.

Ideal candidates have a background in analytics and project management, with experience in mortgage or financial services preferred. This is a US-based role with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years in analytics, marketing, community outreach, or event coordination (mortgage/ housing/ financial services preferred).
• CAPM certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate ROI dashboards to measure event performance.
• Analyze event data using Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau to produce reports.
• Create workflows to capture event leads and integrate into CRM.
• Track program metrics: registration-to-attendance, lead-to-loan conversions.
• Monitor partner engagement and post-event surveys for satisfaction metrics.
• Plan and support Homebuyer Readiness Fairs and similar events across markets.
• Coordinate venues, A/V, staffing, materials, signage and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Sales teams, Loan Officers, and branches on event calendars.
