Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum four years in analytics, marketing, or outreach (mortgage/financial services preferred).
• CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate ROI dashboards to measure event performance.
• Analyze event data using Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau for monthly reports.
• Track program metrics like registration-to-attendance and lead-to-loan conversions.
• Coordinate venues, A/V, staffing, materials, and event-day logistics.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and branches to maintain event calendars.
