Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to empower a Digital Product organization with analytics, dashboards, and customer-insight reporting.

You will leverage SQL, Power BI, and data pipelines to develop actionable dashboards, deliver ad hoc reporting for leadership, and collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to guide data-driven decisions. A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins and data validation.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving using data.
• Experience writing custom queries and ad hoc reporting.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and data quality.
• Experience with digital/product/web/behavioral data.
• Ability to translate data findings for non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and multi-priority management.
• Self-starter, independent, able to handle ambiguity.
