Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to empower a Digital Product organization with analytics, dashboards, and customer-insight reporting.

You will leverage SQL, Power BI, and data pipelines to develop actionable dashboards, deliver ad hoc reporting for leadership, and collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to guide data-driven decisions. A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins and data validation.
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving using data.
• Experience writing custom queries and ad hoc reporting.
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and data quality.

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project

Beacon Hill is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a Digital Product organization focused on digital analytics, reporting, and customer experience insights. This individual will leverage SQL, Power BI, and data pipeline knowledge to develop dashboards, deliver ad hoc reporting, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. The role partners closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and leadership teams to analyze digital customer behavior, evaluate website and application performance, and support enterprise analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, hands‑on dashboard development experience, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
