Job summary

Staffmark Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst in Plano, TX to manage company-wide data systems and drive data governance initiatives.

The role requires 5–7 years of data/systems analysis experience and strong skills in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Data Cubes, and SAP BI. Collaboration across internal and external teams is essential to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required.
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide data systems and related projects, supporting data governance for the business.
• Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement.
• Identify root causes of problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions.
• Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.
