Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise data, reporting, analytics, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and data mapping documents.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and QA activities.
• Facilitate UAT and coordinate with business users.
• Create and maintain process documentation and artifacts.
