Job summary

WorkNovas LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a hybrid role based in Tampa or Dallas. The position requires 8–15 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. You will work on enterprise data, reporting, analytics, and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into technical specs, and analyzing large datasets with advanced SQL. Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and BI tools is essential.
