100 Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business/Data Analyst to drive discovery, requirements, and validation for financial and operational use cases.

You will analyze diverse data sources to identify trends and opportunities, supporting migration efforts and cross-functional collaboration across Business, Product, and IT teams. You will translate complex data needs into actionable requirements, help design prototypes with UX, and assist in testing to ensure business outcomes and data

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business/Data Analyst roles in financial services preferred.
• Experience with data migration, data transformation, or data quality issues desired.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to data readiness and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements, and validation for financial and operational use cases.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support data migration by documenting mappings and validation rules.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, and analytics teams to deliver solutions.
• Create prototypes with UX/Design to visualize requirements and outcomes.
• Assist testing and ensure test cases reflect business needs.
• Provide risk, issue tracking, and change management perspectives.
