Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience within financial services, securities operations, asset servicing, Corporate Actions, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to client inquiries related to Corporate Actions and Asset Services through Salesforce, telephone, and web portal.
• Execute operational processes in accordance with documented procedures and job aids, including specialized workflows and complex client inquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned workload and ensure deliverables are completed accurately within established procedures and timelines.
• Identify and escalate complex or time-sensitive client issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain a strong focus on client service with timely, accurate, and professional responses throughout the inquiry and resolution process.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution and process improvements.
