Save the Children Lead Associate, Data Analyst will support the BOSS dashboards, automate reporting, and establish data controls to ensure clean, usable information for workforce and business decisions. The role emphasizes data governance and collaboration with Data Infrastructure.

Hybrid role with locations in Washington DC, Fairfield CT, or Lexington KY; requires 3+ years in data reporting, strong Excel skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data reporting and visualization through internships or entry-level roles.
• Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; comfortable with structured datasets.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Build dashboards and reports and automate processes.
• Develop and maintain a data dictionary documenting metrics, sources, and calculations.
• Partner with Data Infrastructure to define reporting requirements and data models.
• Review reports for metric consistency and data accuracy; consolidate or retire duplicates.
• Audit access and support data governance and privacy requirements.
• Maintain automations for automated reporting and dashboard updates.
• Support data literacy by helping colleagues interpret data per defined standards.
