Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Lead Associate, Data Analyst to help shape the BOSS dashboards, reports, and data controls that support the organization's workforce and programs.

You will develop data models, maintain a data dictionary, and partner with the Data Infrastructure team to enable self-service analytics while ensuring data privacy and governance. Hybrid work options are available across U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data reporting and visualization through internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles.
• Basic understanding of data concepts such as governance, quality, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance dashboards and reports; collaborate with business partners to understand needs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Document data ownership, definitions, and usage standards to promote data quality and accountability.
