itD is seeking a Data Analyst V to analyze customer experience and customer support data for Reality Labs, uncover actionable insights, and improve customer satisfaction across the end-to-end customer journey.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL and Python or R skills, and expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and Generative AI to translate complex data into business insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• 2+ years in CX, Support analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with predictive analytics, ML, AI techniques.
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs).

Aufgaben

• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python or R to identify customer experience trends and opportunities.
• Synthesize signals from surveys, analytics, behavioral data, and support interactions across the customer journey.
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, ML, and NLP to support conversations and tickets.
• Develop customer segmentation to identify issues and propose self-service solutions.
• Integrate feedback with transactional and behavioral data to identify drivers of satisfaction.
