Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years in a related field, preferably in CPG retail, with strong Excel skills and experience with Retail Link and syndicated data. Hybrid work, 3 days in-office, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 years of related work experience; CPG retail experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated accelerated knowledge of Excel; competent in Retail Link and syndicated data such as IRI or Nielsen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Team during the business planning process.
• Assist Customer Team in scorecard assessments; track and evaluate results against plans and communicate issues and opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels at distribution centers and store level.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Lead to enhance Campbell's digital presence.
• Monitor weekly consumption, pricing, and distribution trends and report to Customer Team.
• Prepare all promotional deal sheets and input data into the Sales Planning & Customer Investment system.
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor business plans and clear deductions.
• Support Customer Sales Leads with planning and post-event analysis.
