Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. You will partner with Medical Affairs to define metrics, track outcomes, and translate findings into actionable insights for clinicians.

You’ll build dashboards in Omni/Hex and other BI tools, contribute to dbt data models, and ensure data consistency across the organization. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the Associate Director, Analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data, visualization, and dashboards.
• Strong SQL expertise; familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Experience with Omni, Hex or other BI tools (Tableau acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and evolve KPIs with Medical Affairs as programs scale.
• Build, document, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in BI tools for non-technical users.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to answer business and clinical questions.
• Identify trends and gaps; recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering to ensure access to needed data sources.
