Job summary

PadSplit is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own analyses end-to-end, build durable reporting, and influence how the business measures performance. You will work across a modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Hex) to answer high-impact questions and raise analytical standards across the company.

You will write advanced SQL, build dbt models, create trusted dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to define metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Expert-level SQL skills with window functions, CTEs, and large datasets.
• Hands-on Snowflake data warehouse experience.
• dbt modeling, tests, and documentation.
• Hex/notebook-based reporting experience.
• End-to-end ownership of analyses.
• Strong communication to non-technical audiences.
• AI tooling familiarity with prudent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL against Snowflake.
• Build and maintain dbt models with tests and docs.
• Create dashboards and reporting in Hex for leadership.
• Partner with teams to define metrics and scope analyses.
• Investigate anomalies and provide clear recommendations.
• Maintain documentation across dbt and Hex.
• Validate data sources and flag gaps before decision-making.
• Mentor other analysts and judiciously use AI tools.
