Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst III/Sr to partner with stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable data models, and deliver dashboards and analytics that drive informed decisions.

You will design and maintain dashboards, provide end-user support, and document architecture and processes while working with teams across the organization. Strong SQL, Spotfire, and BI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.
• Strong SQL experience, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Experience with Data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R and Salesforce.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address moderately complex business and technical challenges.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with a strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including conducting office hours, troubleshooting issues, and sharing dashboard and analytics best practices.
• Document solution architecture, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards.
• Clearly communicate solution designs, analytical findings, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal customers and cross‑functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver project requirements.
