Quantix Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join the BI & Data team. The role focuses on Power BI development, reporting, and data modeling to drive decision-making across supply chain divisions.

The successful candidate will work with Finance and leadership, build robust data models, and contribute to EDW efforts in coordination with the EDW Architect. This is a remote, full-time position with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• 5+ years hands-on Power BI experience with data modeling, DAX, M, and security.
• 5+ years of SQL in complex relational databases (joins, aggregations, window functions).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and translating data into insights for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for division leadership and users.
• Lead dashboard builds from requirements through UAT and go-live.
• Build and optimize data models, measures, and DAX/M logic for performance and scalability.
• Configure and maintain Power BI row-level security and data access.
• Train users and support BI adoption across divisions.
• Coordinate with EDW and data integration efforts and maintain data definitions.
