Job summary

EQT Corporation is seeking a skilled Data Analyst III/Sr to translate business needs into scalable data models and dashboards. You will design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics with emphasis on usability, performance, and accuracy, while guiding end users and collaborating across teams.

You will document designs and communicate analytical findings to diverse stakeholders, working independently yet with cross-functional support to deliver project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of dashboard development, BI, data analytics, or related areas.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development/administration.
• Strong SQL experience including functions, stored procedures, RLS and ABAC.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R and Salesforce.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to address moderately complex challenges.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and analyze data solutions supporting decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics with focus on usability and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to end users, including office hours and troubleshooting.
• Document architecture, data models, designs, processes and standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work independently while collaborating with teams to scope and deliver projects.
