Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help steer Layla’s numbers, defining trusted metrics and running product analytics and experiments to turn traveler behavior into actionable insights.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to frame questions, size opportunities, and measure impact, delivering clear storytelling and dashboards to support rapid decisions across Layla and Bellboy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven senior-level experience as a data or product analyst.
• Advanced SQL and strong data-analysis skills with metric definition.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable insights for non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and responsible data/AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain trusted metrics for Layla and Bellboy teams.
• Run product analytics, funnels, cohorts, retention, and traveler behavior.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) with timely readouts.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting for quick answers.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to frame questions and measure impact.
• Communicate findings with clear storytelling to inform decisions.
