Job summary

Expedia Group seeks a Senior Data Analyst to steer Layla's numbers, defining trusted metrics, running product analytics and experiments, and turning traveler behavior into clear insights that shape what the team builds next.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and engineering to frame questions, size opportunities, and deliver dashboards and self-serve reporting in a fast, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field or equivalent experience.
• Senior-level experience as a data or product analyst.
• Advanced SQL and strong data-analysis skills with metric definition.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable insights for non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain trusted metrics across Layla and Bellboy.
• Run product analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention) and derive insights.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) with timely readouts.
• Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for fast decision making.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and engineering to size opportunities and measure impact.
• Communicate findings with clear storytelling to influence decisions.
