Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• Proven senior-level experience as a data or product analyst.
• Advanced SQL and strong data-analysis skills, including the ability to define and defend metrics.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing) at a consumer product.
• Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or workflows and applying data/AI concepts to real-world products responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain trusted metrics and definitions across Layla and Bellboy.
• Run product analytics — funnels, cohorts, retention, and traveler behavior.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) with timely readouts.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and engineering to size opportunities and measure impact.
• Communicate findings with clear storytelling to drive decisions.
