Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (data science, statistics, math, CS, information systems, business analytics)
• Proven experience as a senior or lead data analyst with large, complex datasets in corporate or consulting environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and manipulating data across multiple tables and databases
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Hands-on Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track business performance
• Perform advanced data analysis incl. trend, segmentation, forecasting, and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate questions into analytical solutions
• Work with data engineering/IT to optimize data pipelines and quality processes
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and analyses for transparency
• Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams clearly and concisely
• Support ad hoc data requests and exploratory analyses for urgent needs
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analytics tasks
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
