Job summary

Gifthealth Inc in Columbus, OH is seeking a meticulous Senior Data Analyst to join our data strategy team. You will bridge our business intelligence, commercial, and client success groups to ensure aligned analytics, performance measurement, and actionable insights.

You will build datasets, develop dashboards, and support data governance, SLAs, and data quality while collaborating with product engineering and operations to drive data-driven decisions across healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of data analysis experience with 3+ years in healthcare reporting.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with experience in database management.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Domo or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare metrics and reporting requirements.
• Experience supporting commercial and operations teams with program performance.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain datasets to support automated reporting and SLA alignment.
• Develop dashboards and visuals to track program performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with BI, commercial, and client success teams for consistent metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive business decisions and opportunities.
• Manage third-party data integration and analytics, incl. shipping analytics and returns.
