Job summary

Netomi is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to prepare, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support the development and evaluation of ML models. Your work will focus on data quality, pattern discovery, and actionable insights for AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will own onboarding for enterprise AI deployments, design prompts and agent flows, deliver end-to-end AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance using SQL, Python, Tableau/Power

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, conversational AI, analytics or AI-powered CX solutions.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and tool/action-based AI systems.
• Experience working with real-world customer interaction data (chat, tickets, emails, transcripts).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose AI behavior across prompts, knowledge, workflows, and UX.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, experimentation, and debugging.
• Experience with BI tools to analyze trends and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise client onboarding for agentic AI deployments, including data analysis and workflow design.
• Design and optimize prompts, conversation flows, and agent knowledge for production AI.
• Deliver AI solutions end-to-end from design to UAT, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Monitor post-launch AI performance and drive improvements in containment and resolution quality.
• Analyze conversation data and quality signals to identify root causes and optimizations.
• Iterate improvements across prompts, workflows, and guardrails based on data.
• Collaborate with AI Quality & Evaluation teams to validate responses and regression risk.
• Partner with Client Analytics and ML-Ops to act on insights and platform changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and engineers through reviews and best-practice guidance.
