Job summary

Netomi is seeking a seasoned SDET to help maintain the quality of our AI-based conversational products. You will design, execute, and automate tests, ensuring we meet our high standards for accuracy and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured.
• Strong programming/scripting in Java or Python.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Understanding of Functional and Non-Functional testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, self-motivation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Testing of AI based conversational products
• Monitoring and improving quality assurance process ensuring any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed
• Providing a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams
• Evaluating and identifying where enhancements in accuracy of models are required
• Detailed testing feedback preparation to help the team to improve AI models
