Spring Health is hiring a Senior Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence organization. You will partner with Medical Affairs to define KPIs, build dashboards, and conduct analyses that drive strategic decisions and program evolution.

You will translate technical work for clinicians and collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure data access and integrity. You will operate in a cross-functional team of data scientists and analytics engineers, reporting to the Associate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data, data visualization, and dashboarding experience.
• Expert SQL skills with familiarity in dbt or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Experience with Omni or Hex data visualization tools.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Medical Affairs to define metrics and KPIs as programs scale.
• Build, document, and maintain dashboards in Omni/Hex to monitor outcomes.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to answer business and clinical questions.
• Identify trends and gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to dbt models and ensure scalable data structures.
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering to ensure data access.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide status updates via Jira/Slack.
