Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive business/process analysis experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing people.
• Strong skills in elicitation, documentation, validation, and process modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, integrations, and data flows.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Experience with MDM, Sterling OMS, APIs, analytics/reporting, wholesale distribution, or logistics is a plus.
