Daybreak Health (http://www.daybreakhealth.com/ ) is creating a world where every young person benefits from mental health support. We provide tech-enabled mental health care to kids ages 5-19 and their families. We partner with public school districts to reach the most vulnerable populations, and with health insurance companies to cover the cost of care for families.
We’re a YC-backed company that raised its Seed from Maven Ventures, Series A from Lightspeed Ventures Series B from Union Square Ventures. We’re now charting the path towards profitability by 2026 while also continuing to grow our impact rapidly - our goal is to double patients served and revenue in 2026. We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take a leading role in shaping Daybreak’s analytics ecosystem. This is a high-impact position focused on both foundational infrastructure and strategic insight—supporting the transition to our new OASIS platform, enabling better decision-making across teams, and leading forecasting and reporting at scale.
You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Product, Ops, and Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, can navigate ambiguity, and is comfortable moving between heads-down technical work and big-picture thinking.

Your Daybreak Interview Journey
We want to see you shine! Our interview process is designed to highlight your strengths, explore past projects, and even give you a taste of what it’s like to work with us. Here’s what to expect:
Step 1: 15-minute intro chat with Recruiting – Let’s get to know each other!
Step 2: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager – Deep dive into your experience.
Step 3: Take-home assignment – Put your skills to the test, then discuss your approach with the team (Step 4).
Step 4: Assignment interview with the Hiring Manager + relevant stakeholders in a panel discussion.
Step 5: 1:1 interviews with cross-functional leaders (same pool as Step 4). One of these will be with our CEO and Co-Founder here at Daybreak Health.
Compensation
Daybreak’s compensation is a mix of cash and equity—we are projecting that this role will have a salary range between $140k–$150k per year. As a high-growth company on a mission, we value employees who are fully bought in and want to be owners of the company. We offer competitive cash compensation and above-market equity, ensuring long-term ownership and upside.We also have a strong benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, a flexible remote-first working environment, and parental leave. Unlimited PTO with an enforced minimum of 3+ weeks off per year and regular company mental health days.
