What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain, optimize, document, and manage data processes in a primarily cloud-based environment
- Create and maintain processes to collect, cleanse, and enrich data for the data platform
- Build best practice data quality monitoring to ensure data/report products exceed customer expectations
- Design and review data structures for effective data management with the team
- Utilize technical skills to manipulate data using SQL, Snowflake, and other tools to provide actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst utilizing SQL, Python, or similar
- 4+ years of ETL experience in tools such as Alteryx, Streamlit, or Python
- 1+ years of Cloud experience using Snowflake, APIs, Kafka, Azure Databricks, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in high-volume workload situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using large, diverse healthcare data for analytic purposes
- Knowledge of and experience using Stars / HEDIS data
- Ability to mentor and support team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Star Rating, PQA, HEDIS, and NCQA technical specifications
