Position: Data Analyst / Data Visualization Specialist

Type: Full-time, Remote (U.S. Telecommuting role)

Job Description:

Gather, analyze, and visualize data to address business and customer challenges. The role requires a bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Obtain, transform, move, sort, explore, and join data sets to answer business questions, identify patterns, analyze root causes, and report progress.
2. Use SQL or other scripting languages to query, segment, parse, or move data, and utilize Tableau or other visualization tools to create dashboards and reports.
3. Develop high-quality data-focused work products, including visualizations, data analysis reports, KPIs, scorecards, data mapping, and documentation, ensuring they meet scope, business requirements, and delivery timelines.
4. Understand data ecosystems, relevant technologies, policies, and trends.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in data analysis and related tasks.
• 3 years of experience with SQL or relevant scripting languages and data visualization tools.
• 2 years of experience producing quality data visualization and reports.
