Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in New Brunswick, NJ to lead data quality operations and support automation initiatives. You will collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy across systems and drive improvements using SQL, Power Automate, and BI tools.

The role requires deep data governance awareness, hands-on data tooling, and the ability to engage partners across organizations. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
• Familiarity with master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory) and travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify data discrepancies and root causes; drive corrective actions.
• Automation support: build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual effort.

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst position for one of our top clients working in New Brunswick, NJ.

• Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 6-month+ engagement at one of our Global clients working in New Brunswick, NJ. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Position Overview

This role will be critical for reliability data across the organization. Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, this individual will implement day-to-day quality operations, support automation initiatives, and engage partners across different organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Quality Operations: Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality across systems.
• Identify, investigate, to data discrepancies and root causes; advance challenges and support resolution.
• Automation Support in building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators; identifying trends and improvements
• Cross-Organization Engagement: Partner with different functions and organizations within Supply chain to understand data needs and drive corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-based content to sustain operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of significant professional experience
• Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL).
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory).May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.
• Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving outlook for continuous improvement and operational performance.
• Shown ability in communications and partnership across teams
