AHEAD is seeking a Principal Data Consultant to lead complex data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation engagements for high-profile clients. You will act as the Engagement Lead, shaping strategy, governance, executive reporting, and delivery excellence while managing stakeholder relationships at the highest levels.

You will also contribute to practice growth, mentor future leaders, and advance consulting methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Typically 12–15+ years of enterprise data/analytics/AI/digital transformation leadership.
• Minimum seven years of consulting or professional services leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of complex engagements including delivery quality and client outcomes.
• Serve as Engagement Lead and executive advisor throughout engagement lifecycle.
• Define engagement strategy, governance, communication cadence, and success measures.
